As the SEM Manager, reporting into the Search Director, your main responsibilities will include: building and maintaining an efficient, world leading SEM product, build relationships with clients, colleagues and third party suppliers, manage and train all direct reports. You will own the relationship with the clients within your portfolio so strong communication skills are a must to understand their business and provide solutions for their problems. With two direct reports you will have some management expertise mentoring and developing juniors. Main duties include: *Work with the Group Director of Search to create sales proposals and support RFP's *Plan and develop new SEM product offerings and modify existing product offerings in line with search engine changes and client requirements *Manage external supplier relationships *Manage and mentor your team *Take a lead role in client meetings *Be an SEM champion; at the forefront of industry technology and news *Financial and budgeting responsibilities Click here for more info.
